Staffing plan application was developed for HR department. This application developed using .NET automates the staffing needs of enterprises, right from hiring employees to reorganizing teams to transfers to finally when employees leave the company. Staffing plan application also provides dashboard reports for common HR functions like burn rate calculation, organization chart etc.

eLibrary applications implements document management by providing document upload, store, archive and search capabilities. The application is secured by providing fine grained controls. This application was developed using J2EE (JBoss) technology.

KMC also created a HL7 application that orchestrates transfer of healthcare information from one provider to another. This application was created using Oracle SOA Suite.
