Jason Cai, President & Co-Founder, MS
Mr. Cai co-founded KMC, Inc. in 2002 and his vision and insight has earned the company a prestigious stance among corporate and government clients such as Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). He has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry. As a Technical Director at Marriott International, using IBM technologies and solutions, he was instrumental in designing and implementing application architecture in support of Marriott.com, a $7B/year revenue generator and one of the top 10 worldwide retail web sites. Mr. Cai has achieved technical certifications from Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, and BEA. He holds a Master of Science in Statistics from West Virginia University, Morgantown, West Virginia, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Beijing Technology and Business University, Beijing, China.
Nick Ziaee, Chief Operating Officer, BS
Mr. Ziaee has over 25 years of experience in the IT and operations management industries. He served as the chairman of the board for Trans USA, Inc. As President of Trans USA, he established guidelines and the vehicle to improve customer access to services by implementing a web-based solution, which resulted in greater customer satisfaction and increased revenue. As the Managing Director, he supervised the educational and technical divisions at Computer Analytics, Inc., a Computer Training and IT Consulting Services company. In that capacity, he was instrumental in improving the quality of services and public relations with government and college clients. He also managed the MCSE, CIW, Cisco, and CompTIA certification programs. Mr. Ziaee holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland.
Narayan Chintalapati, Vice President and Chief Architect, MT
Mr. Chintalapati has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. He has held positions as Senior Enterprise Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Architect at Oracle, Technical Director at Marriott, Enterprise Architect at American Red Cross, and Senior Java Architect at Sun Microsystems. He has extensive experience working closely with Vice Presidents, Enterprise/Chief Architects, and Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) to lay out Enterprise Architecture and IT vision. Mr. Chintalapati is a frequent speaker at industry conferences like Oracle Open World, and Java One. He contributed to "Core J2EE Patterns," a very successful book published by Sun Java Center. Mr. Chintalapati is an expert in industry methodologies and frameworks like Rational Unified Process (RUP), Zachman and The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF). Mr. Chintalapati has achieved numerous Oracle certifications. He holds a Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.
Judy Yu, Technical Advisor - Network Security Architect, MS
Mrs. Yu has over 15 years of experience working in Network Security and has been a member of KMC’s distinguished technical advisors since early 2002. She has held several high-level technical jobs with network service providers and data-hosting companies. Mrs. Yu holds multiple network-related certificates including CISSP, and JNCIS. She holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from West Virginia Graduate College, a Master of Science in Chemistry from West Virginia University, and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Beijing Technology and Business University.
Jeff Tang, Applications Architect, MS
Mr. Tang has over 20 years of IT experience in both Microsoft and Java environments. He has extensive experience on Content/Document Management Systems. Mr. Tang has held key Systems Engineering and Systems Architect positions in the private and government sectors over his technical career. He holds technical certifications from Microsoft, Sun, IBM, Oracle and BEA. Mr. Tang holds a Master of Science in Graphics Information Systems (GIS) from Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping, China. He is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in GIS from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong.
